Chalmers’ plan lifts hopes of social impact investors

Impact investing leaders have been emboldened by Treasurer Jim Chalmers’ plan to bring together banks and superannuation funds to discuss the funding of social services alongside the government.
They say many investment opportunities will be unlocked if the government creates a social impact investing “wholesaler” to develop the market.
